Bei der 1994 erfolgten Rekonstruktion von Wohnhäusern in der Metzer- bzw. Virchowstraße in Forst war die Fachkompetenz unseres Unternehmens gefragt. Die Abbildungen vermitteln einen Eindruck der von MATTIG & LINDNER sanierten Häuser vor und nach Abschluss der Rekonstruktionsarbeiten.
Ein Teil der Sanierungsarbeiten bestand in der Erneuerung der Gebäudedecken. Hier kamen Betonsteindecken zum Einsatz, deren Filigranträger im eigenen Betonfertigteilwerk produziert wurden. Diese konstruktive Lösung wird sowohl denkmalpflegerischen Aspekten als auch den Anforderungen an heutiges Wohnen gerecht.

Reconstruction of residential buildings
As in 1994 the reconstruction of residential buildings having been carried out the competence of our enterprise was asked. This one. The illustrations convey an impression of the redeveloped houses of MATTIG & LINDNER before and after the reconstruction work. A part of the rehabilitation work consisted in the renewal of the ceilings in the buildings. Concrete stone ceilings were used and own produced concrete precasts. This constructive solution met both, monument aspects and the requirements of today’s living aspects.

Budynki mieszkalne w Forście przy Metzer-Str. i Virchowstr.
Zakres przeprowadzonych robót obejmował: elewację zewnętrzną i wewnętrzną, kolorystykę, remonty sanitarne, adaptacje pomieszczeń, wymianę stropów belkowych na płyty stropowe typu Filigran. Warto tu nadmienić, że płyty stropowe typu Filigran wyprodukowane zostały w naszej firmie.

Реконструкция жилого фонда
С 1994 года произведена реконструкция жилых домов по улицам Metzer- и Virchowstraße в городе Форсте. Вид этих домов до и после реконструкции запетчатлены на фотографиях. Частью работ по реконструкции жилого фонда является обновление крыш и кровель. Здесь применялись сборные бетонные Filigran- плиты перекрытия, изготовленные на собственном заводе сборных железо-бетонных елементов. Правильное конструктивное решение позволило сохранить исторический архитектурный облик зданий.

La reconstruction des logements
Notre compétence de métier a été important lors de la reconstruction des logements dans les rues Metzerstraße et Virchowstraße. Les photos donnent une impression avant et après des travaux de la reconstruction. Une partie du redressement était le renouvellement des plafonds du bâtiment. Là nous avons utilisé des plafonds bétons-pierres qui sont produits dans notre usine de béton-préfabrication. Cette solution constructive sert non seulement à des aspects monumentaux mais aussi à des exigences d’un logement aujourd’hui.
