Unsere Mitarbeiter sind unser wichtigstes Wissens- und Leistungspotenzial. Zur Erhaltung dieses Potenzials trägt u. a. auch die Ausbildung von Lehrlingen in unserem Unter-nehmen bei. Jugendliche können sich bei uns in den Berufen Maurer, Betonbauer, Stahlbetonbauer oder Zimmerer ausbilden lassen und erhalten so eine solide Grundlage für den Einstieg in die Berufswelt. Darüber hinaus unterstützen wir aktiv die kontinuierliche Weiter-bildung und Qualifikation unserer Mitarbeiter, indem wir interne Schulungen durchführen sowie Qualifizierungs-maßnahmen unterstützen.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Ausbildungsbaustein ist die Betreuung von Diplomanden. Über diesen Weg werden u. a. Verbindungen zu Bildungs- und Wissenschafts-einrichtungen aufgebaut und langfristig gehalten. Junge Mitarbeiter können somit zielgerichtet vorbereitet und in unser Unternehmen integriert werden.

For the preservation of this potential takes also care the education of apprentices in our company With us young people can get trained and educated as bricklayers, concrete builders, reinforced concrete builders or carpenters and receive a solid basis for the getting into the professional world. About this, we further support actively the continuous education and qualification of our employees by internal trainings as well as training supporting measures.
Is another important education constituent the support of college and University graduates. Because of that long-term connections are held and built up in education and science-Facilities. Young employees can prepared therefore purposefully and being integrated into our enterprise.

Для поддержания этого потенциала в нашей фирме успешно применяется система профессионального обучения молодежи. На нашем предприятии молодые люди могут приобрести профессии каменщика, бетонщика, столяра, монтажника стальных и железобетонных конструкций и тем самым получают качественную основу для вступления в профессионый мир.
Мы также активно проводим дальнейшее повышение квалификации наших сотрудни-ков путем организации лекций производственного обучения передовым методам и технологий производства строительных работ. Важным пунктом является проведение этих лекций и семинаров высококомпетентными дипломантами, для чего налажены прочные отношения с образовательными и научными учреждениями.
Formation
Nos collaborateurs sont notre potentiel le plus important. Entre autre la formation des apprentis dans notre entreprise contribue au maintien de ce potentiel. Les jeunes peuvent faire une formation de maçon, d’ouvrier béton, d’ouvrier métallurgiste ou de charpentier. Par conséquent ils obtiennent un fondement sérieux pour l’entrée dans leur vie professionnelle. En outre nous soutenons la formation permanente de nos collaborateurs en organisant des formations internes ainsi que l’appui des mesures qualificatives.
Une autre partie importante de notre formation est la charge des étudiants qui font leur diplôme avec notre entreprise. Pour cette raison nous avons établi des contacts aux institutions d’enseignement et de science à long terme. Cela rend possible une préparation précise des collaborateurs jeunes comme ainsi leur intégration dans notre entreprise.
